These terms apply when you visit or use cognisearch.net. The site is operated by Cognisearch, a Bucharest-based digital studio. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. What this website is—and is not
The site presents Cognisearch, examples of our work, service information, indicative pricing, and ways to contact or book a meeting. It does not create a client relationship, accept payments, or let visitors create accounts.
A project begins only when Cognisearch and the client agree to a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, or contract. That project agreement controls if it conflicts with general information on this site.
3. Fair use of the site
You may browse, link to, and share public pages for lawful purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
- send malware, automated spam, deceptive enquiries, or content that violates another person’s rights;
- scrape or copy the site at a volume that disrupts normal operation;
- misrepresent a relationship with Cognisearch or use our name, work, or branding to mislead others; or

5. Service information and results
We aim to keep service descriptions, availability, and indicative pricing accurate, but they may change and are not a binding offer. Search rankings, AI citations, advertising performance, lead volume, platform access, and similar outcomes depend on third-party systems and market conditions. We do not promise a particular ranking, placement, traffic level, or return unless a signed project agreement expressly says otherwise.

The site links to Calendly, social networks, client sites, and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and terms. A link is provided for context or convenience and is not a blanket endorsement. Cognisearch is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

Liability connected with paid client work is governed by the relevant project agreement.

10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction in Bucharest will handle disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
